Hopefully the latest Picasso96 install...
The other files are part of WinUAE. ( See doc's there for further info )
The WinUAE files may be helpful to you if you are running into instability / corruption in P96.
The replacement rtg.library may be of particular help if you're trying for very high resolutions.
( If asked nicely I may extend this guide on the subject of reliably getting 1680x1050 )

N.B.
Be careful when using this P96 install to have the installer set to advanced so you ONLY update libs-etc that need it.
You don't want to kill your Amithlon P96 install & have to settle for 4-colour fall-back mode.
If this catches you out, use the Amithlon-friendly P96 installer on the Amithlon CD... THEN remember to update the drivers 
from the AmithlonUpdates:/ folder for full speed  / functionality.
